Information about warranty & returns
Returning
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at UWEMAIL@uwwinkel.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.
Return exceptions

that it is not returnable for the consumer ordered. Please note:
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
- For sealed products. When the seal is broken these products are not returnable.
- that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with consumer specifications;
- that are clearly personal in nature;
- which by their nature cannot be returned;
- that can spoil or age quickly;
- the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- For single newspapers and magazines;
- for audio and video recordings and computer software for which the consumer has broken the seal.
Warranty
All SOEM products are developed, manufactured and tested to a high quality standard. Should there be something wrong with your SOEM product and the warranty has not yet expired, we will provide you with correct advice, a replacement part or a replacement product, depending on the problem and the situation. At our first contact we will always try to find out the problem and the situation when it is not clear. You are entitled to 2, 3, 5 or 10 years warranty, depending on the type of product. You can find the warranty period on the SOEM website or on the product packaging. The warranty period begins on the day of purchase of the product.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing [E-MAILADRES]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
