Ordering and Payment

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to the order because our orders are processed immediately after you pay. However, you can return or exchange the product if you wish.

Shipping Questions

Orders placed before 10 p.m. are shipped the same day and are usually delivered the next day. For deliveries to Belgium, delivery may possibly take one day longer.

If your order exceeds €40, the shipping cost is automatically removed.

For orders under €40, we always charge a standard low rate of €4.95

You will receive an email containing the track and trace code. So you can always follow where your package is and you do not have to stay at home unnecessarily long to wait for your package. We send small products as a mailbox package so you do not have to stay at home.

Questions about returns

Of course you can! Legally you are entitled to 14 days reflection time but we have extended this to 30 days. However, you are responsible for returning it to our warehouse.

To return a product, please fill out our return form. If the product is clean and undamaged we can make someone else happy and you will receive your money back. Please note the following.

  • Ensure that the entire contents of the package are returned.
  • Return items in the original packaging.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition with no visible signs of use or damage.

This is 30 days to apply + 14 days to return the product.

Upon receipt, we check the package and then proceed with payment within 14 days. This is usually faster.

Warranty questions

Of course with us you have warranty and if no exceptions are reported it is 2 years with us!

It can always happen that a product breaks down within the warranty period. To make your warranty claim please email service@soem.nl or fill out our warranty form.

Damage caused by water, damage from falls, usual wear and tear and damage caused by your own actions are not covered by SOEM’s warranty.
